Description
The Cyber Security Analyst II monitors and triages potential security incidents, performs light incident analysis, escalates threats, implements countermeasures, tunes security controls, and maintains awareness of insurance technology architecture and threats. The role also includes security project work, status reporting, ticket documentation, peer reviews, and serving as a subject matter expert. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Management, five years of security or technology support experience, relevant certifications, and experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and DLP. The position is remote and requires long-term concentration and occasional lifting of 25 pounds.
