Description
The Defense Finance and Accounting Service is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to develop, implement, operate, maintain, and modify major finance and accounting automation information systems. The role analyzes functional and technical requirements, coordinates with customers and technical personnel, prepares programming specifications, and validates software through testing. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, suitable for federal employment, registered for Selective Service if applicable, and have one year of specialized IT systems experience equivalent to the next lower GS-11 grade; education is not substitutable for specialized experience.
