Description
The Operations Manager will expedite and resolve Commercialization Change Order activities, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, analyze recurring issues, lead process-improvement projects, maintain operational documentation, and support continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of relevant operations or supply-chain experience, ERP and PLM experience, analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of product lifecycle and stage-gate processes. Oracle and Power BI experience are advantageous, and the position does not provide work authorization sponsorship.
