Description
The Database Support Engineer manages and supports enterprise database platforms, primarily Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle. Responsibilities include daily operational tasks, incident handling, troubleshooting, environment installation and maintenance, performance and availability improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and on-call support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, or a related field, practical experience or strong understanding of at least one database system, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and English and Mandarin communication ability. AI-assisted tools and continuous improvement are also integrated into the work.
