Description
BAE Systems is hiring an IT Demand Shaping Analyst to work in the early stages of the demand lifecycle, helping customers and business stakeholders define new demand, assess scope and outcomes, challenge assumptions, and produce proposals for governance approval. The role also supports continuous improvement across demand processes, identifies inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and contributes to consultancy activities such as feasibility studies, cost-benefit and return-on-investment analysis, gap analysis, and scenario analysis. It is a hybrid role based in Preston, Frimley, Filton, or Portsmouth, with a referral bonus of £1000 and a closing date of 9 October 2026.
