The IT Desktop Support Analyst will configure, deliver, install, and maintain desktop equipment and peripherals; support users in-office and remotely; manage desktop incidents, PC imaging and deployment, mobile-device support, meeting-room hardware, and related IT processes. The role is based in Tidworth, Wiltshire, requires an office-based 40-hour work week, and is paid at £17.99 per hour with holiday pay included. It lasts three months plus, may extend, and requires UK nationality, eligibility for the relevant security clearance, and five years of living and working in the UK.
