Description
A TEKsystems client is hiring multiple candidates for a contract-to-hire Desktop Support role based out of Brook Park, Ohio. The position is fully onsite, first shift, and pays $16.00–$17.00 per hour. Responsibilities include diagnosing software and hardware issues, supporting Windows and Mac systems, deploying and re-imaging Windows 10/11, installing equipment, resolving printer and scanner incidents, documenting service requests, and providing customer service. Previous helpdesk, desktop support, or PC technician experience is preferred, while IT certifications are desirable.
