TEKsystems is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a client’s IT department in Bedford, Ohio. The fully onsite, first-shift contract-to-hire role supports software and hardware incidents, Windows and Mac operating systems, laptop and desktop deployment, re-imaging, service desk documentation, equipment installation, printer and scanner issues, and customer service. Previous helpdesk, desktop support, or PC technician experience is preferred, while IT certifications are desirable.
