TEKsystems is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a contract-to-hire, fully onsite role in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The position supports an enterprise IT department by diagnosing software and hardware issues, deploying and re-imaging Windows 10/11, installing equipment, resolving printer and scanner incidents, documenting service requests, and providing customer service. Previous helpdesk, desktop support, or PC technician experience is preferred, while IT certifications are desirable.
