Description
The Development Manager provides people leadership and technical oversight for a diverse software development team, including .NET, Symitar PowerOn, Angular, and general programming developers. The role manages sprint execution and capacity under SAFe Agile, supports architectural and delivery alignment, oversees code quality and secure coding standards, coordinates with business and operations teams, maintains SDLC processes, and supports audits and production environments. The position requires at least five years of software development experience, three years in a leadership or supervisory role, Agile/DevOps or hybrid SDLC experience, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
