Description
The Development Officer will prepare and manage technical project plans, coordinate external partners, support the implementation of the Terminal Operating System and application upgrades, manage AIX, Oracle, Jboss, Webfocus, iWay, and web portal applications, and provide second-line incident, problem, and change management. The role requires an IT degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of the listed technologies, project management knowledge, fluency in Dutch, English, and French, and strong analytical and communication skills. It is a permanent, full-time position in Zeebrugge with short monthly trips and on-call Service Desk participation.
