Description
The IT Director will manage IT operations for a multi-site North American manufacturing organization, leading initiatives, coordinating business needs, supervising external providers, managing budgets and procurement, strengthening cybersecurity and incident management, and overseeing a team of approximately 15 to 20 people. The role operates in an enterprise application environment involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Epicor, and requires at least five years of IT Director experience, manufacturing IT experience, distributed-team leadership, SAP or Epicor knowledge, a bachelor’s degree, French-English bilingualism, and occasional travel.
