Affinity Group is hiring a full-time IT Director to lead technology operations across its hybrid, multi-office organization. The role oversees networks, servers, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, help desk support, security, compliance, vendors, budgets, projects, AI governance, and technology strategy, while partnering with business leaders and supporting approximately 850 employees across 41 offices. The position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina or Buffalo, New York, with hybrid work, occasional travel, and availability for critical after-hours or on-call support.
