The role oversees infrastructure, applications, end-user services, governance, security, and risk management; partners with regional and global teams; and identifies AI and automation opportunities. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 15 years of IT leadership experience in complex enterprise environments, strong SAP and enterprise-application expertise, and experience with global technology teams.
