Foundational Industries is hiring a full-time Industrial IT Systems Engineer in the Bay Area to keep factory-floor IT systems running. The role owns the shop-floor network, edge compute, connectivity, local servers, authentication, backups, data integrity, security controls, and support for ERP, scheduling, and traceability systems. It requires hands-on industrial networking, Windows and Linux endpoint management, industrial protocols, systems administration, and programming in .NET, Python, C#, and SQL. The position is responsible for installing and operating infrastructure, bringing new sites and production lines onto the standard platform, and maintaining uptime and security under production constraints.
