HappyRobot is hiring an IT Engineer based in Mexico to lead internal technical operations and support the company’s team. The role covers Tier 1 hardware and software support, onboarding and offboarding, identity and access management, device management, and office infrastructure including networking, video conferencing, and hardware inventory. Candidates need 0–2 years of IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration experience, familiarity with identity providers, MDM, and ticketing tools, macOS and Windows troubleshooting skills, professional English, and fluent or native Spanish.
