IntelliPro is hiring an IT Support Engineer (Warehouse) for a 12-month contract in Indiana, onsite in a warehouse. The role provides first-line IT support, troubleshoots hardware, software, network, and warehouse equipment issues, assists with device setup and user onboarding/offboarding, maintains support tickets, and documents IT processes. Candidates need at least two years of IT support or helpdesk experience, hands-on troubleshooting skills, networking knowledge, ticketing-system experience, and familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365. The position pays $25–$30 per hour in USD.
