Description
The IT Engineer will support an automotive manufacturer’s IT team in Graz by designing and developing modern API and event-driven integration architectures, connecting logistics, ERP, production, and web systems, establishing integration standards, and improving scalability, performance, availability, and security. The role also develops Java-based backend applications, database and integration solutions, web interfaces, and provides technical consulting for enterprise transformation. It requires software engineering education or equivalent experience, several years of enterprise application development experience, strong Java, SQL, and database knowledge, and familiarity with API-first and event-driven architectures. The position offers flexible working models, home office and flextime options, and a gross monthly salary of EUR 3,228 to 4,355.
