Description
This is a full-time, onsite IT Engineer position at NexusTek in Naples, FL. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their technology needs, proposing solutions, ensuring smooth IT infrastructure operation and security, and performing various administrative duties like customer communication, information maintenance, and data entry. The engineer will handle tasks such as supporting computer and network operations, implementing daily tech and data integrity/security, managing Active Directory, email systems, virtualization, and identifying/correcting LAN and WAN issues.
