Description
Norm Ai is hiring an IT Engineer to implement, operate, and secure the IT systems supporting Norm Ai and Norm Law. The role owns internal IT operations, account provisioning, SaaS integrations, network and device support, and security hardening across endpoints and platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, M365, Slack, and JAMF. It reports to the Chief Security Officer and requires 5–10 years of IT, security engineering, or systems administration experience, with a base salary of $130,000 to $155,000 per year, equity, health, dental, and vision coverage, and a hybrid New York City work model requiring four to five days in the office.
