Description
Tipalti is hiring an IT Engineer to provide user support and service, manage Windows and Mac endpoints through Microsoft Intune, support Microsoft 365 and related applications, handle hardware and vendor issues, maintain IT ticketing systems, and use AI tools for troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and workflow productivity. The role requires 2.5–5 years of IT support or IT engineering experience, strong Windows and Mac expertise, Microsoft Intune experience, and knowledge of networking, security, identity and access management, and SaaS administration. The position follows a hybrid model with two days from home and three days at the North Tel Aviv office.
