Description
The IT Engineer (Azure) will manage IT infrastructure, users, devices, applications, and access while providing Azure cloud support across virtual machines, storage, Entra ID, networking, and monitoring. The role also covers Microsoft 365 administration, troubleshooting, onboarding and offboarding, asset and backup management, security, patches, basic AI and automation support, vendor coordination, and documentation. Candidates need 3–4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or cloud support, hands-on Azure experience, knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and Microsoft 365, strong communication and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
