Description
The Information Technology Property Support Manager is responsible for managing the planning, procurement, installation, implementation, ongoing support, and administration of major technical systems at a property. The role leads and develops IT support staff, handles staffing and scheduling, coordinates with property management and other departments, maintains compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, and ensures high-quality service. It requires at least three years of project leadership or general management experience with an IT specialty, three to five years of systems experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and strong technical, communication, problem-solving, and employee-relations skills. The position pays $19.00–$23.00 per hour and requires availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency calls.
