The IT Engineer (Microsoft) will support enterprise IT systems, Microsoft 365 services, Azure, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and endpoint management. The role provides end-user technical support, troubleshoots complex issues, maintains documentation and operational procedures, and works across systems, cloud platforms, and security. It requires at least two years of IT infrastructure, system administration, or user support experience, hands-on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID experience, and knowledge of IT service management.
