Ema is hiring its first dedicated IT Engineer to own corporate IT across identity, devices, SaaS, and compliance for employees in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and India. The role focuses on automating recurring IT work with Python, Bash, APIs, Okta Workflows, and AI coding tools; managing Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Mac fleets, SaaS inventory, access reviews, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 evidence, and Tier 1/2 support. Candidates should have 2–4 years of IT systems, endpoint, or identity engineering experience, along with Okta or similar identity provider, SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and Mac endpoint management experience.
