Caparol is hiring an IT ERP Software Developer to develop, extend, operate, test, and support ERP-related business applications. The role involves analyzing business requirements, coordinating external developers, managing architecture and quality, providing technical support, and maintaining documentation. Possible work locations are Ober-Ramstadt, Enger, or Gerstungen, with remote work in Germany for up to nine days per month on a full-time basis. Candidates need at least three years of ERP or business application development experience, programming skills such as ABAP, Java, or JavaScript, ERP/SAP module experience, database and integration knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
