Description
Grab is hiring an EUC Specialist to manage end-user computing operational outcomes for an assigned site or country scope. The role owns service quality and troubleshooting, partners with managed service vendors, develops SOPs and knowledge materials, supports governance and compliance, and leads operational improvements involving asset management, endpoint compliance, onboarding and offboarding, and self-service enablement. The specialist will work onsite in Grab’s Petaling Jaya office and report to Manager II, Country IT (MY).
