Description
The EUC Specialist will own end-user computing operations for an assigned site or country, manage vendor escalations, improve SOPs and knowledge-base content, collaborate with internal teams and managed-service partners, and support asset management, automation, reporting, AI tools, and process standardisation. The role reports to the Senior Country IT Manager and requires at least three years of experience in IT operations, service desk, workplace technology, or a related field, along with analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and process-improvement capabilities.
