Description
Forgen is hiring an IT Field Engineer to provide senior, field-facing technology support across construction project sites and office locations. The role owns network deployments, hardware and device management, connectivity solutions, IT infrastructure, service desk escalation, and site technology operations, while coordinating with vendors, project teams, and the IT Infrastructure and Service Desk teams. The position requires regular travel, physical work at construction sites, and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 3–5 years of IT support experience and 2+ years of network infrastructure support experience.
