F12 is hiring an entry-level Field Support Technician to support IT operations at regional customer sites in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. The role troubleshoots and repairs hardware and software, installs and configures devices, maintains RMM and antivirus systems, performs updates and patching, supports networking and infrastructure, and documents work through a ticketing system. Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong computer hardware and software knowledge, Windows and Microsoft 365 proficiency, networking knowledge, and a valid driver's licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
