Description
The IT Generalist will maintain and repair computer hardware and software in a break/fix environment, install and test workstations, troubleshoot hardware, software, and line-of-business application issues, manage IT assets and standards, conduct system audits, support internal and external clients, coordinate projects, and uphold disaster recovery, backup, and information-security procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education and ChromeOS experience preferred, and offers medical, vision, dental, and paid time off benefits.
