Description
The employer is hiring an IT Generalist to build and operate the internal IT infrastructure for a corporate group of around 60 employees in the Regensburg area. The role serves as the initial internal IT point of contact, manages networks, servers, storage, clients, permissions, patching, monitoring, incidents, and end-user support, and gradually takes on IT projects, process digitalization, and AI use cases. It requires an IT-related training or degree, broad generalist or systems-administration experience, networking and Microsoft 365/Windows Server knowledge, and German at B1–B2 level. The position is permanent and full-time, with 2–3 days per week on site and the remainder from home office, and offers a gross annual salary of €55,000 to €68,000.
