Description
The role develops IT governance structures, decision-making and coordination processes, demand and RFC processes, KPI and reporting systems, and management documentation. It coordinates with group functions, specialist departments, and external partners; supports cross-functional transformation initiatives; and helps implement group IT standards and guidelines. The position requires a relevant degree, several years of IT experience, knowledge of IT service management and corporate governance, and strong analytical and communication skills. It is based in Bremen (Lemwerder) or Hamburg and offers a 35-hour workweek, mobile working, and flexible working models.
