Description
Bechtle is hiring an IT Hardware Support Technician to install, configure, and support various device types for customers, analyze customer requests, provide initial IT solutions, and manage escalations. The role requires technical training in IT systems electronics or a related field, initial experience with IT hardware rollout, support, and ticket handling, German and English communication skills, willingness to travel mainly in North Rhine-Westphalia and occasionally across Germany, and a class B/BE driver’s license. The position offers flexible working hours and workplace arrangements.
