Description
This is a full-time, onsite technology repair role supporting end-user computing environments. The position performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair of PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers; provides VIP and desk-side support; handles IMAC and change-management activities; communicates repair status to users and service-desk personnel; and follows service operations procedures. Candidates typically need technical school certification or equivalent 2–4 years of relevant experience, knowledge of relevant software and hardware, ITIL understanding, and OEM certifications; A+ certification is desired.
