SOCOTEC is hiring an IT Help Desk Support & Web Developer in Campbell Hall, New York. The role combines hands-on hardware and desktop support, user account and access administration, web application assistance, network and VoIP troubleshooting, software and printer support, cybersecurity monitoring, documentation, and end-user training. Candidates should have prior IT help desk or desktop support experience, Windows and mobile-device support experience, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration knowledge, basic networking and PowerShell skills, and a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. The position pays $30 per hour.
