Description
The role operates and optimizes complex IT infrastructures involving Linux and Windows servers, Azure and AWS cloud platforms, Atlassian Cloud, monitoring tools, and related service management. It provides second- and third-level support, maintains system stability, coordinates service providers, and documents solutions for governance, compliance, and licensing. The position requires IT training or a comparable degree, extensive hands-on experience as an IT Administrator or Cloud Operations Engineer, and knowledge of Linux, Windows, cloud platforms, Atlassian products, MDM solutions, and monitoring tools. It is a full-time, non-fixed-term role with a hybrid working model and onboarding in Dresden.
