Description
The IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead will own hands-on Azure and hybrid infrastructure operations across Poland and Hungary, troubleshoot incidents, administer cloud and on-premises systems, manage ITIL service processes, coordinate external IT providers, and support procurement, security, compliance, and business continuity. The role requires at least three years of relevant IT operations experience, strong Azure and hybrid infrastructure knowledge, Microsoft technology expertise, and fluent Polish and English. It is a B2B hybrid position based in Warsaw with three days in the office and long-term cooperation.
