Brooks Sports is hiring an IT Infrastructure and Operations Technician to support client-facing technology, infrastructure, service delivery, and client support across Europe. The role combines first- and second-level troubleshooting, service desk intake, IT asset and access management, Microsoft and endpoint administration, networking, VPN, cloud and virtualization support, vendor coordination, and regional IT communications. It requires an associate’s degree or technology-focused program, at least two years of corporate IT client and infrastructure experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and some travel within Europe.
