Description
Baird is hiring an Infrastructure Architect to connect and integrate IT operations technologies and teams into a cohesive, business-aligned infrastructure ecosystem. The role leads cross-team architecture discussions, connects cloud, SaaS, on-premises, identity, endpoint, collaboration, and AI infrastructure, supports major incidents, and coaches engineers and technical leads. It requires at least seven years of infrastructure, cloud, systems engineering, or related experience, including three years leading complex technical or cross-team initiatives, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position is hybrid, requiring three onsite days per week, and Baird does not currently hire individuals who require employment visa sponsorship.
