The role supports clients with consulting, planning, and implementation of complex network projects while administering and configuring Windows IT infrastructure, troubleshooting incidents, maintaining security components, and providing second- and third-level support. Responsibilities include virtualizing server environments with VMware or Hyper-V, administering Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft 365, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, certificates, and monitoring. Candidates need IT-related training or a degree, several years of practical experience for career changers, broad general IT knowledge, strong technical understanding, customer-focused conduct, and reliable work habits.
