INIT GmbH is hiring an IT Infrastructure Engineer in Karlsruhe to provide and manage hardware, software, network, security, virtualization, and cloud resources for national and international public-transportation customer projects. The role coordinates with customers and technical teams, plans and operates infrastructure, troubleshoots complex issues, addresses vulnerabilities, and contributes to technical concepts and documentation. Candidates need IT training or a degree, relevant professional experience, knowledge of hardware, networks, storage, and security, and experience with Microsoft, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, and backup solutions; German and English communication are required.
