Nebius is hiring an IT infrastructure engineer to troubleshoot and resolve challenging data center server hardware and firmware issues, execute workarounds, manage warranty replacements and RMA requests, and serve as a subject matter expert for L1 and L2 technicians. The role also involves creating processes and documentation, collaborating with related departments and vendors, and improving support processes, documentation, and training materials. Candidates need data center and server equipment knowledge, practical IT hardware troubleshooting experience, Unix/Linux command-line skills, equipment monitoring and data analysis experience, strong English proficiency, and a driving license type B is a bonus.
