Description
The role is responsible for installing, configuring, commissioning, and maintaining Windows and Linux networked IT systems; troubleshooting faults; operating customer systems; integrating cloud services; planning software updates; developing IT infrastructure concepts; and supporting customers by email or phone. The position requires IT training, infrastructure and cloud knowledge, German and English skills, and the ability to learn new technologies independently.
