Organon is hiring an IT Infrastructure Engineer for its production site in Oss to support and improve a stable, secure, future-ready technology environment. The role focuses on local and global infrastructure projects, lifecycle management, incident support, SLA alignment, and advancing automation and AI-driven operations across networking, systems, and workplace technologies. The position requires at least 5 years of IT infrastructure or service experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong ITIL knowledge, project delivery experience, and fluent Dutch and English communication.
