The Senior Audio Video Engineer designs, deploys, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains enterprise audio and video systems for Kaiser Permanente, including video conferencing platforms and infrastructure for office and clinical environments. The role manages vendor contracts and scopes, supports regional implementations and executive-level initiatives, collaborates with network, facilities, IT, and business teams, and evaluates hardware and platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco, Neat, Pexip, and Crestron. The position also applies DevOps, Waterfall, and Agile practices to deliver resilient, secure, cloud-based solutions.
