The role leads cross-site teams and manages complex IT initiatives from requirements through implementation, while ensuring stable and future-proof operation of networking, IT security, cloud, modern workplace, and infrastructure technologies. It also manages interfaces between business, IT, and production-adjacent areas and requires cross-site leadership experience, willingness to travel approximately every three months, German proficiency, and very good English skills.
