Description
Lumai is hiring an IT Infrastructure Engineer to own the end-to-end IT estate for its Oxford office and engineering team. The role covers device fleet management, standard macOS and Windows machine builds, identity and account administration, troubleshooting, office networking and AV, software and licence management, and onboarding and offboarding. It also involves building scalable automation workflows using custom agents, scripts, and API integrations to support AI adoption. The role requires hands-on IT support, SaaS and collaboration-tool experience, identity and device-management experience, and strong communication skills.
