Description
The role manages and improves IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, telecommunications, collaboration systems, Microsoft 365, virtualization, user lifecycle, device provisioning, software licenses, and security. It also provides second-level support, leads infrastructure projects, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and maintains technical documentation and compliance. The position requires a specialist vocational qualification, relevant training, project experience, strong networking and cybersecurity knowledge, and fluent German and English skills.
