Description
Smartbridge is recruiting an IT Infrastructure Manager for a confidential manufacturing client in Tyler, Texas, working onsite five days per week. The role owns physical and virtual infrastructure, networking, identity, backup and disaster recovery, endpoint security, and governance across multiple locations, while also leading a 3–5-person helpdesk or infrastructure team, managing vendors and MSPs, controlling the infrastructure budget, and reporting risk to business leadership. The position requires 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including lead or management experience, and hands-on expertise across Windows Server, Active Directory, Cisco networks, virtualization, cloud platforms, backup and disaster recovery, and enterprise security.
